I am feeling very completist about all those wines. Some of them look very promising for cheese pairing too. Have you tried Vagabond's new Bacchus, Dios Mio? Best Bacchus I have had so far.
Not yet! I have a stash of samples to get through but it's not there. Will seek it out. I've never loved Bacchus but maybe this will change my mind?
