PERSONAL NEWS
This month, I’ve been getting my 2026 ducks in a row, writing my book, planning a brand new podcast (squee!), organising more live tastings and testing out a ton of new drinks for all my titles from the Daily Mail to The Sun, BA High Life Magazine, Tonic Magazine and beyond. I also didn’t manage to show off enough about my appearance as the wine expert on Alan Carr & Lee Pet’s new podcast Bottoms Up in December, so please give it a listen and comment if you enjoyed it! I really want them to get me back on :) Link is below.
Tasting Events & Collaborations
Some dates for your diaries! I’ll be hosting two fine wine dinners with Michelin-starred chef Robert Thompson in Ryde, Isle of Wight on Sat 28th February (Italy theme), as well as Fri 22nd May (Seafood theme). Stay tuned for booking details for that as well as my tasting events at the Cowes Fringe Festival, which will also be back in May and the Literary Festival in October. Remember, I’m also open to hosting private wine tasting events too. Just drop me a line below👇.

DRINKS NEWS
Those curious about Greek wines should check out Maltby & Greek: purveyors of the most delicious Greek produce as they’ve just launched Three Bowls, a new wine range created in-house and developed in collaboration with a select group of contemporary Greek winemakers. Try a white Assyrtiko, a rosé blend of Assyrtiko and Xinomavro and a red Xinomavro. These two grapes really showcase what Greece can do. See maltbyandgreek.com for more.
January’s little luxury for me was a stash of Chilliwinter candles. I light these when the mornings are still dark and let the yummy aromas wash over me while I write. Rhubarb is my favourite, but there are loads to try. See more at chilliwinter.co.uk. #NotAnAd.
