Corks & Canapés is the new joint venture between the Epicurean Sailor Zoë Ombler and award-winning drinks writer Helena Nicklin coming to you during the winter of 2025-2026.
What is Corks & Canapés?
These themed, standalone evening events combine relaxed wine and spirits masterclasses led by Helena, with sumptuous canapés professionally paired to the drinks by Zoë.
Each tasting event lasts around 1.5-2 hours and you’ll get:
5-6 Substantial tasters of wines or spirits
3 Perfectly paired styles of canapés (you’ll get more than one of each!)
